Disciplinary action: No public reprimand.

Decisions are all based on the rules set by the CoC.

If your actions are of a ban-able offense by LOTRO CoC, it's an instant ban from the kinship.

No negative actions will come upon anyone that breaks these rules without intent.

Reprimanding someone who willingly wants to break these rules will be reviewed by all officers and leader and then a decision will be made on how to handle the situation.

Officers have the authority to Expel in case of an immediate attack on our kinship. any abuse to this power will not be overlooked.

1.) Be able to effectively promote and guide the kinship members in maintaining any policies/procedures set forth by the inner council and approved by the kinship members.

2.) Will maintain a fair and impartial demeanor with all kinship members.

3.) Respect, value and appreciate each member for their unique capabilities and talents.

4.) If you make a promise to another player (kinship or otherwise) be true to your word. The judgments or actions you make is a reflection on the entire kinship.

5.) Take an active role in the kinship events to the extent possible.

6.) Encourage all officers and kinship members to participate in development, promotion and execution of all activities and kinship business.

7.) Ensure that all kinship decisions are ultimately made by the officers as a collective unit. Majority rules.

3. Respect, value and appreciate each member for their unique abilities and capabilities. Everyone brings different talents and viewpoints to the kinship.

4. If you make a promise, be true to your word. The actions you take and the things you say are all a reflection on this Kinship.

5. Take an active role in kinship events, when possible. Real life always comes first, but we all have a responsibility to support and encourage kinship group participation.

6. Be aware that all kinship decisions are ultimately governed by the officers as a collective unit.
